Robert C. Newark, III is the founder of Newark Law Firm, directing a premier, multi-jurisdictional trial and litigation practice. He brings extensive experience serving as lead trial counsel across both state and federal benches, managing complex dockets in business transactions, high-stakes personal injury, and federal bankruptcy portfolios.
Prior to expanding his private practice across Texas and Oklahoma, Robert served as Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. There, he prosecuted high-volume administrative enforcement actions, managed massive civil asset portfolios, and successfully litigated more than 100 adversary complaints within federal bankruptcy courts. A proud veteran, Robert brings disciplined strategy and unyielding trial-readiness to every legal objective.
