Every matter is directed by Robert C. Newark, III, with support from a focused team across our Dallas and Edmond offices.

Business hours
Both the Dallas and Edmond offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Phone calls and online case reviews are handled during business hours. In-office meetings are by appointment only.
Fee structure
Initial case review is free and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Personal injury and wind/hail claims may use a contingent fee in appropriate cases. Litigation, corporate, bankruptcy, and local-counsel work is typically hourly, flat, or retainer-based. All terms are set out in a written agreement.
